6IX BACK Volleyball ("6IX BACK," "we," "us") is a recreational drop-in volleyball program for adults 18 and older, operating in Toronto and the GTA in Ontario, Canada. We operate the website at 6ixback.ca (formerly 6ixback.edmel.dev) (the "Site").

Information you provide

• Registration details → your name and email address when you sign up for a game or join a waitlist.
• Registration and waiver trail → your name, email, game choice, roster names you submit, and timestamps tied to your signup row (when you registered) plus transactional emails (including payment and waiver confirmation). We do not store a separate "waiver accepted" column; your signup record and email history document timing.
• Payment confirmation → we record receipt of your Interac e-Transfer. We do not store bank-account numbers or financial credentials.
• Feedback and inquiries → any information you submit when you contact us by email or through forms on the Site.

Information collected automatically

• Cookies → essential cookies keep you signed in and remember the games you have saved. Analytics cookies are set only if you choose Accept on the cookie notice. No advertising cookies are used.
• Analytics → if you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to collect usage data (pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location, and actions such as reserving a spot). We do not send your name, email, phone number, or payment code to Google. Without your consent, only cookieless, aggregated signals are sent.

• Processing and managing your game registrations.
• Sending transactional emails → payment codes, confirmations, waitlist updates, cancellation notices.
• Recording registration and waiver-related emails for legal compliance.
• Responding to feedback or inquiries.
• Improving and maintaining the Site.

We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, or profiling purposes.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share limited information with:

• Service providers → hosting, email delivery, database, and analytics (Google) services that help us operate the Site. These providers only process data on our behalf and under our instructions.
• Legal requirements → if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

We retain your registration records and related email history for as long as reasonably necessary for legal, operational, and record-keeping purposes. If you would like your data deleted, email Edmel at contact@edmel.dev and we will process your request promptly, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain records.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure database hosting. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100 % secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but take reasonable steps to protect your data.

The Site uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and save your selected games to your device. With your permission, it also uses Google Analytics cookies to understand how the Site is used. When you first visit, a notice asks for your choice → Accept allows analytics cookies, Decline keeps them off.

Declining analytics cookies does not affect how the Site works. We do not use advertising cookies. You can change your mind at any time → the button below clears your choice and asks again.

Under applicable Canadian and Ontario privacy legislation, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal retention requirements).
• Withdraw consent to future communications.

Our Site and games are intended for individuals 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
